and how they just have to be right!
Understanding how much comfort, a personalised tribute can bring, is a truly magical thing. I feel, when tributes genuinely capture the essence of your loved one, your flowers will leave a lasting memory and make a positive impact on your grieving process.
Supporting families through this difficult time, is a privilege and not something I take lightly. Discussing personal and meaningful moments , is absolutely at the heart of what I do. With a friendly, informal approach, I will be on hand to support & guide you through. With so many floral possibilities, it can be a little overwhelming; especially when you're alreday dealing with something so emotionally charged. With kindness & care, I will listen to all your ideas and input and gently encourage a conversation, about the finer, floral details.
By sharing my portfolio & discussing details, such as design, style
personal favourites, colours & flower varieties; will allow me to gain an understanding of what you may like and want.

I offer personal consultations
These private sessions take place wherever you feel most comfortable. A quiet, environment, where you can take time to discuss your special tributes. Whether it's face to face, a chat on the phone, or contact via platforms such as Whatsapp or email. You can choose, whichever method of conatct you prefer. My recommendation would always be in person, but when there are restrictions on availability - a phone call or video call is a good back up.
Sometimes there's even a "family groupchat" !
This can really take the pressure off; and everyone can get involved in their own way, at times that suit them.
What is the Personal Touch?
Much like a funeral director or celebrant, I will take time to gather information about your loved one. Whilst this may seem a little odd, when you're discussing flowers; having this information gives me insight into who the tributes are for; what they may have loved and the kind of person they were.
Were they bold & flamboyant, quirky & free, or a gentle soul, who enjoyed be quietly in the background?
All things that are relevant, and help when making decisions about their floral designs.
I'll take time to listen to the precious memories you may wish to share. From first contact, to the final arrangement, I am dedicated to treating you with kindness & the respect you deserve. Ensuring you feel supported throughout this difficult journey and hoping to make the dark days just a little brighter.
